Patricia Ann Simpson,

Pat as most people know her, has worked at Spruce Creek Fly-In for the past 23 years. Having a degree in Architectural Drafting, Pat worked for one of the many custom builders here in Spruce Creek. She then pursued her real estate career, receiving her salesperson’s license in 1990 and her broker’s license in 1996. She has been NASCAR’s Sprint Cup driver, Mark Martin’s past broker, for Mark Martin Realty, as well as working at other Spruce Creek real estate offices, before joining Country Club Properties. She is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Board of Realtors and also has a mortgage broker’s license. Over the years, Pat has seen many changes come about to this beautiful community.
